    scdlifestyle: I say 80% because I'm a firm believer that to fix a problem usually there is one major variable that first needs fixing and without properly addressing this issue doesn't matter what you do your not going to solve the equation. The last 20% of every problem is usually the hardest to figure out and I think in this case of digestive diseases in my experience it especially is.
